At Cold World Customs, we work hard to get your orders to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.
Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Please note that these are estimates; actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after your package is scanned by the carrier.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Cold World Customs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. We will help when possible, but resolution is ultimately the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
